Okay, so its been a LONG time since racing online. New pup ate my old wheel, broke my hand chasing bad guy, got appendacile cancer, rolled wifes new car two days after x-mass in nowwhere Idaho visiting parents, and  while working (motor officer) I was T-Boned in the middle of an intersection. Driver ran red light.

I know rFactor is the way to go, but I need some info before I jump back in head first.

 I see Roaddog/SCE, is there a difference?

Is there one place, one download for the whole package? Or do I have to D/L rFactor, then 1150 then 1250 then SCE?

I have new MOMO wheel, will it work with SCE?

System is: AMD Athlon 2800, 512 DDR/SDRAM, 120 GB DMA hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce 4MX w/64mb ddr. Can my system do a good job of running rFactor?

Does rFactor support a site like Sierra did racing online?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Ok so I've downloaded rFactor, question is does the download contain the new patch? Is there a way to look in the file for which patch I have? Still no answer on the RoadDog/SCE question.

Real quick, am I posting in the right place? Or do I need to post somewhere else?

You will need to download rFactor 1150, then the 1250 patch (it's a small one) then install SCE .98 right into the rFactor folder.    Jump on the Flashpoin t Teamspeak and got to SCE ask any questions you have.  We have our first legue race there tonight.

Okay, good to go with rFactor and the latest update. I am not real familiar with RAR so I am waiting on the other exe. file to come out.

Do I have to register with Race Cast?

Duke, "Roaddog / SCE" is just the name of the rFactor stockcar series we run here at Flashpoint (using the SCE mod of course).

SCE http://www.rfstockcars.com/ has a one click .exe in their downloads section that will install a seperate version of rFactor set up just for the stockcars. You do have to have a registered rfactor version already on your HD. I tried it and it works well.

rFactor has a lot of cool little tweaks to personalize the ride so just ask if you have any questions.

Sorry for the slow reply, I haven't been able to access FP for a couple of days.
